  5. will this make my arms stronger? I do sports and whenever we have to do push-ups for training I can barely do one on my knees so I reaaaaaally want my arms to get stronger 🙁 will this workout male me able to do push-ups/get stronger if I do it once or twice a week? I am a 14 yr old girl 🙂

  6. I hurt my knees pushing myseld. and probably quating wrong. and this video help through while i recover. (I can push off my knees) so no squats or lunges. I could jump buy it would won't help with healing.

  7. I have been working out with you guys for a while now and I love it! <3 Thank you for all these awesome videos and greetings from Sweden. I'm just wondering how are the kickboxing part suppose to feel? Like I think I did it right but you can always make it better! 🙂 I'm just picturing that I'm punching everybody who told me that I was "too skinny/small" and that I couldn't do it… Those who told me to build some muscles and said that I looked like a "skeleton". Sounds a bit rude of me, maybe. But I'm just so proud that I'm actually proving them wrong each time I'm working out and getting stronger. I am doing this for me and I feel so good each time I earn a "workout complete". It motivates me to take care of my body and eat more. And by the way, can you actually build muscles without going yo the gym or having any equipment?
