Your messages are so deep and always seem to be spot on and I carry them with me through my day. Love this channel. It has really deepened my practice.

  4. I greatly appreciate all of your yoga classes, Michelle, and have recommended them to my mom who has been a bodybuilder and weight lifter for 30+ years but needs something to adjust to pain in older age. I'm so glad I found this channel. Thank you for taking the time to record and post these.

  6. Michelle, thank you so much for your help and very profound observations of the journey through yoga practice. I started only a year or so ago at the age of 50 something. I feel on the right path rather than a late comer who has no business doing yoga. Thanks for including everyone right where we are. Namaste

  7. "There was a time we couldn't do this" (standing on 2 feet). When you said this I thought to myself, oh no when I started yoga I could at least do that. LOL Then I realised that you meant when we were babies. That really hit home for me and you are so very right! Very inspirational for me, THANK YOU!!!!

  8. Lovely practice on my birthday! I have been practicing yoga for 16 years and still can barely touch my toes. Forward folding has always been difficult for me. My torso is very short and I have long legs so that does not help. Thank you for the challenge today. I hope to one day practice with you in person. Namaste
