  8. Lovely practice on my birthday! I have been practicing yoga for 16 years and still can barely touch my toes. Forward folding has always been difficult for me. My torso is very short and I have long legs so that does not help. Thank you for the challenge today. I hope to one day practice with you in person. Namaste
