  3. Will this remove arm fat?Because I want noticeably strong arms so boys will be intimidated well more intimidated more than they already are of me I'm only 12 and taller than all of them xD probably stronger too

  6. when I saw the picture of the video I was thinking push up hell no I kept skipping it but I decided to check it out today and the push up part is just at the end.. Think maybe a different photo would be better haha cause I feel like a lot of people avoid push ups but this was good thank god for Cassey

  7. hi! i really like your videos. about the arm workout, how often in a week do i have to it? everyday? i remember yrs ago, one of my instructors told me that i should only do arm exercise twice a week. i dont like a bigger arm, just toned. thanks!

  8. Hey, I am curious when doing ab workouts how do you keep your shoulders flat on the ground because my shoulders stick out like wings and it's hard but I feel my neck strain! Any tips or exercise I can do to improve!
