  3. Have you noticed a any obvious differences since using the collagen protein? I haven't been able to find out that many claims on what it does other than promote joint and ligament health which I can get from other sources by using whole foods. I would be curious to know any of your other thoughts on the product. 😄

  4. Ive always wanted to rock climb but, I am so terrified of heights! Which that is on my bucket list "get rid of my fear of heights" lol
