I either feel like I'm not doing them properly and nothing's happening or like they're hurting my back – I'll keep trying! haha

  3. Hey Amy great video! Question: since i do not have youth on my side such as all these young ladies do you find that the leg exercises keeps the cellulite away ( not that you have any) just was wondering if you would know that's what i need to work on to keep my legs looking great.

  5. Amy, next can you please do a video on how to have a proper cheat meal? I find that I often times over do it and don't really understand the proper portion of foods like cookies or french fries, how often it's okay to have them, ect. I think it would make a good video topic 🙂
