Shoulder Bridge on the mat with a Magic Circle is an all levels Pilates Exercise. Lying on your back, knees bent place the magic circle around your outer thighs just below the knee. Press the knees apart and then walk your feet apart as wide as your knees are. Maintain parallel feet. Your heels are not so close that you can touch them. Shoulders and arms pressed into the mat. Roll your spine up one bone at a time.

Reps: If only doing the roll up and down 5-10. If adding pulses roll up press out 10x and roll down. 3 reps.
