Side Kicks with the Magic Circle is an intermediate Pilates exercise. Set up for your Side kicks (link at the bottom) place your bottom leg on the inside and your top leg on the inside and press up. After 10 pulses take your top leg on top and press down 10 times. Repeat on other side
