Single Leg Tendon Stretch on the Reformer is an advanced Pilates exercise. 2 Heavy spring on the outside on, sticky pad on the edge of the carriage. Set your self up with heels off the back edge of the carriage. Place one hand between your legs and reach the “free” leg out to the side, foot pointed. Press the carriage out and in 3x and then “hop switch” to the other side.
