Snake and Twist on the Reformer is an Advanced Pilates exercise. With 1 spring on place one hand on the shoulder block and one hand at the end of the carriage. Place your outside foot on the footbar and your inside foot will cross in front. Inhale and press your carriage out, exhale as you open your chest and square your hips off. Curl your head in as you inhale and exhale close your springs. Repeat 2-3x. For Twist press only half way out. Hold the carriage still as you lower and curl your hips around. Lift your hips up and unwind. Switch sides
