  3. Angie, this workout is such a gift for people new to step. I received my Step for Mother's Day last May…I was instantly drawn to the intensity it adds to cardio. Finding your YouTube channel was the second half of the gift. Having you teach the moves, lingo, and combos…yes please. Adding the counts and cues is huge, this from a teacher! Ready for 40 or so minutes of an intermediate challenge…maybe soon?!
