  5. Sweaty fun! My body was tired today too, and my one knee was hurting, so I lowered my step as much as I could. It worked–I finished the whole session and felt body bliss! Yeah! (P. S. Pastries and cakes are my pleasure too! I usually treat ,myself Sunday mornings with a special coffee and an enormous piece of decadent cake while I have a leisurely Sunday reading morning!
