  4. That was fun and fast–grooving to the music, dancing! I had a bit of trouble with the second combo, but that only meant I felt amazing when I finally got it! Slow down was helpful. I was too beat for most of the strength training, but i stuck with it and did it at 30% speed and power, lol.

  5. This morning I was in the mood for heart thumping cardio. This workout was exactly what I wanted and needed. I really liked the challenge of the new moves…love that you keep us thinking, sweating, and working. Strength work at the end?! Yes please…another amazing workout, thank you!
