  1. I work out with youtube almost every day. this was by far one of my favorite workouts. I was sweating like never before. my legs hurt so much from all the lounges and squats but it feels great. I'll definitely do it again

  2. Such a great power step workout…love me some straight up cardio! Over the holidays it was tough to find 60+ minutes to do this. I am now a hot, sweaty mess…glad this happened today. Because you work at the top of the beat and do an excellent job teaching, I think you can reduce some of the repetition. Thanks for another killer workout.

  3. I really liked the step section, even though 3 times repetition of each combo became a little arduous! 🙂
    The weights and core were great too but I struggled with the body weight balance interval — clearly I need to focus more!
    Overall terrific and motivating workout — as usual.
    Oh and the music was fantastic and inspiring.
    I'd like more of these workouts please Angie.

I have crohns disease and really would like to know do you do or have any exercise techniques for my condition I really miss working out but I read were exercise not only slows down inflammation but can also decrease it. please let me know thank you and keep up the great work
