  1. I was feeling unmotivated today, but decided to give this workout a shot. So glad I did! Excellent, straight-forward step combos that didn't leave me totally breathless, yet still provided a good burn. I, too, workout in a small space. Lovely that Jinx joined in at the end <3. Thanks for being my workout partner today, Angie!

  2. I found you on the internet at the beginning of the year! I had just purchased a step online and was looking for some step videos to workout with on YouTube. I  wanted to lose some excess weight I had gained over the holidays. I have been doing a variety of your workouts at least 3-4 times a week and have been seeing results!!=) I have done a variety of online workouts, but keep coming back to yours!! I really enjoy working out with you! I love strength training with the step and the abs all together! I feel like my whole body gets strengthened! Thank you for the videos!!

  3. So fun! I did it! Got the smooth fast combos–all six. Felt a little silly and self-conscious, fat jiggling all over as I was trying to be light on my feet, but I told myself, "embrace the jiggle, love the jiggle, girl!" and then it was fun again. I feel incredibly accomplished. This is my fav vid–fast, fun, and a little strength training I can do.
Your stripey-formerly-white Mr cat reminds me of my black-still-black Miss cat–she always lays on the floor beside me, stretched from front toe to back toe when I do any exercising on the floor.

  4. Hi. I have attempted this workout for the second time this week. I am not fit enough to do it all… yet. I love that the steps were basic. It meant I got into it straight away and get my heart rate up instead of floundering around trying to figure out the steps and not working. Love it! Also liked that strength was included as well!

  5. The pace of this workout was killer…loved it! Soundtrack was awesome. I really like the stomp, and the six combos. Added one riser, two just intensifies the impact too much for my fake knees. They are ten years old, I have to think about shelf life. Ummm, the stability ball work, wow! I need to blow up mine as well…could use a spotter. Ha! Your form cues and setting to audible 8 counts are both greatly appreciated. A workout with this intensity from the moment we push play? A win for sure, yet probably 15 minutes longer than I have most days. Thank you for your time and talents…

  6. So the Turkish series are so lovely! When i was pragnant and lying almost the 7 months because of bad pregnancy, oh yes i was watching turkish series!

  7. Holy smokes! I put the second riser on and I can't believe I did it. I am soaking wet but I can't wait to do this again. Love the weight core aspect. Thank you so much for doing these. This has become something I look forward to which I believe is what you want. You want to look forward to working out not dreading it!

  8. GREAT!!!! Really worked up a sweat! Just love these one hour videos using the step! Thank you, Angie!
