Unfortunately it took me 20 mins to do 5 rounds – but it's a benchmark and it's onwards and upwards from here. Definitely going on my schedule once a week! What a fantastic workout! Thank you Vince!

  3. "Gym-life" isnt new to me, however i recently rejoined after about a year and a half… i've gotten considerably weaker and i obviously put on some weight… will you recommend this in my case? If so how often should i do this for the week???

  5. I have a shoulder impingement of some sort and cannot safely perform the back squat. What can I replace that with? And I have tried every stretch there is for my shoulder, been to physical and physiotherapists. There is no pain with any exercise except when I have to rotate my shoulder to get my arm in position under the bar.

  7. I've been running these once every 1 – 2 weeks. Never see anyone else doing them. This will make you BEASTLY! True test of will. I always do them on a Monday after eating bad on a weekend to burn out glycogen. It's the truth.

    been doing this 1 a week for 2 month now. I'm up to 95 lbs. I added another one of these workouts into my routine, so now I'm up to 2 of these workouts a week. what is a good amount of rest days in between doing these type of workouts.

    I'm not sand bagging, trust me, I'm dead after doing tjese. I want to shed another 10 lbs, I'm thinking this will help. your thoughts??

  16. Thee first disliked video on Youtube, Vince I promise you being an avid ruinner myself, combing gym work and running I have been my leanest. And what do you mean running releases cortisol? Running releases dopimine – hense runners high, combating stress etc.

  22. Great workout, combining everything from a 5×5 into one complete set. Only problem is that the weight I can shoulder press is nothing compared to everything else. That may just be me but I can squat, row, and deadlift A LOT more than shoulder press. I know this is for fat burning using HIT but I wouldn't really get a workout after the press.
