  7. Jesse is rocking that six pack now. I first heard "skinny fat" when Conor McGregor called Nate Diaz that. So I guess Jesse is less Nate Diaz and more Conor McGregor now.
    That was a lot of Burpees. I've never heard anyone count them in minutes before. Three minutes is kinda extreme. Then again the title of the video is FASTEST so that's understandable.

First off gummy bears is the worst food you could possibly eat for getting cavities (yes, I am a dentist) and 2. for us over 50 types, burpees are super stressful on your shoulders and may lead to extreme shoulder pain. I know because it's happened to me. As you get older you have to customize your work outs to decrease ligament stress.

  10. After my weight lifting session I do 20 min of cardio. 1 min walk, 1 min run for 20 min. Along with eating better I lost a lot of fat.
