  6. I think ima try it. I eat fairly healthy I'm about 5"3, 5"4, 12 years old, Female,and 113 lb. I'll try to update in a bit if I do keep up with this.

  7. I've been doing this every day for 3+minutes at a time for the past month and can say it does NOT work. I haven't changed my habits at all. I eat healthy, no fast food, sweets, heavy carbs, etc. I have maintained my weight, not lost. This is not a stand alone weight loss tool.

  11. ??? nonsense. Far is energy stored in tissue. the only way to get rid of it is to use it. that means cardiovascular and calisthenics training
