  3. I tried this and it is tough but it is fun. First time for ladder workout! I just didn't do #7 because my TRX is on a wall. But it was a really good workout!

  4. I was scared/intimidated to attempt the ladder……a workout I'd get to "one day." (yeah, right).  However, 10/12/16 was THE DAY due to wi-fi not working (had planned to do one of your other TRX vids.)  Since I wrote  down the moves (knew I wouldn't be as fast….also not a fan of the music) I was "forced" into doing the ladder.  I'm glad I did!  Overall I did better than I expected.  I need to improve on the single-leg moves (2, 3 & 5).  I practiced the row-hip hinge-plank (7) a day before to get feel….a killer move for sure!  I've done other TRX vids but this is now my favorite.

  5. Did this entire difficult workout except for the hip hinge into a plank. I was afraid I would fall flat on my face😳I'm going to ask my hubby spot me for a try at those.
    I really enjoy using the trx in the comfort of my home and following along with you!
