  1. I don't have gym membership, but I do something similar of the 1st routine home, carrying the weights up & down the stairs 4 times per side.

    I wish I could develop shoulders and back like you, but I had joint pains for months.

  4. I'm 6'2 36 ish waist trying to hit 33-34. I was 248 pounds nov.1st 2016- it's now 02-08-2017 im at 227 pounds I want A smaller waist but idk how so im gonna try this now..Basically all i do now is around 12 lunch I do 200 sit-ups straight then I do 100 squats im working on doing 100 straight but the best i done so far is 55 sqauts straight then i do some 30 sec planks and in the evening since i dont have weights while im at work I lift a 42 pound box 20 times in 10 sets. looking for something to trim my waist now.

  5. Great video,but you need to remind people before using an exercise ball in the gym or at home,to be sure and find out if the ball is "burst resistant" and what the weight limit is for the ball.

  6. I just can't stand this guys voice. Sucks cause he might have taught me something. I can't bare his voice tho. Oh well
