  5. I was only to complete the first 5 minutes of this workout because I really am that unfit 👎🏻 hopefully the more I do it the more weight I will lose? As of right now I weight 196 pounds I'm only 14 years old and I'm 5"7. How long do u think it would take me to lose a lot of that weight by doing these videos and eating healthier etc. Any help would be appreciated, also is this a full body workout??

  8. Does anyone have good recommendations for how to do lunges/side lunges when you have knee problems? I've done the video a few times and my right knee always hurts after. This time it started hurting during. Any tips?

  9. I loved this whole series' workouts, but I cringed every single time that her mic and/or the wooden planks creaked in any of the vids. This is the first time I made it through this one, solely because of that noise lol. I still love you Cassey!
