I did the exercise they do at 21'31 twice this week and I feel pain in my back after classes, it hurts at the point that touches the device when sitting down, at the end of the spine, above the butt. It hurts a little when I finish the movement and sit down and after classes I still feel hurting all day long. Am I doing this the wrong way? Can you help me please?! I need guidance on how to perform the movement correctly so as not to feel this pain. Thanks!
