This variation of Leg Circles and Frog on the Reformer is Beginner/Intermediate. With two heavy springs on the reformer and your extension straps on your feet place the circle between your ankles. Begin pressing out and in 5x without the circle bouncing or moving. If it is this means you are not pressing out evening. Circles: Lower the legs pressing the circle in and lift the legs slightly releasing pressure. Repeat 5x and then reverse. Release to lower and press to lift. Outer thigh press: Take the circle outside of your ankles and press in and out working from your outer hips.
