Dear Lucy, pls use a dark top if you want to stick to the white background, because we cannot see the exercises well, your arms melt into the background a lot and I cannot see what you do with them from where I am. I always have to go close up to my PC screen to see the exercises. Thank you for your consideration. Is it possible to make this video again but with a dark top? Because I like this workout and I usually do those workouts every day that I like. So, I would like to continue doing this one but I would prefer seeing the exercises well. Thank you.
