– My parents grew up in the US so I was raised bilingual speaking Greek and English

– For my main videos I use the canon 5d mark ii with a 24-70mm f/2.8 sigma lens or the 40mm pancake lens. For vlogs usually my gopro hero 4 silver or the canon s120 (very bad audio, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone)

  15. Don't stretch before your workout, your muscles are not prepared and can be damaged. After the workout is perfect :). Maybe it's your shoes that affects your knees while running?

  24. Try to land on your forefoot/midfoot when you're running so your calves will absorb the shock instead of your knees 🙂 I love your videos Kristen! Your calves might be sensitive for 2-3 runs but at least you'll be able to do long-distance runs without having to stop because of a knee pain
