We are able to do anything we sets our minds to and many many people don't realize that. We are much stronger and capable of doing things than we actually think.   4. 60 minutes. Girl – you rock!! I honestly can't see myself stair stepping for 60 minutes. However – the sit-up challenge is one I think I can do. Are you doing it the same way: 30 sit-ups + 1 each day? #meltwithzele!!!
