  3. NOTE: U have to be physically in very good shape throughout your entire body (finger tips to toes) to do handstands & hold them. Also some people have problems that being upside down is not good 4 them. Read internet to see if you're one of them. MOST IMPORTANT: without a 100% POSITIVE ATTITUDE "I can do this – I will do it – I really want to do it" u will never get your hips/body weight over your shoulders. U will just come down every time and get very tired or worse go over & maybe get injured by falling backwards hard without a wall behind u. Great video/videos by Kino – Namaste WOLF ☮☮☮

Well I am really enjoying this…..GOT THE Yoga HANDSTAND….QUESTION……can I segue into the forearm handstand from the handstand….would that be cheating? lol I do not want to compromise technique but I thought I could build shoulder strength as I worked on raising the leg up and moving the shoulders forward.

  7. I am feeling this forearm balance! I added a Montra lol you say in 10:30 "Shoulders Forward and you get a little lift" well that is it…now my motor skills need to record the mistakes and keep the balance moving forward, Thank you Kino…

  13. I am literally always scared that I don't have enough strength in my neck and that I am going to overcompensate and fold over onto my neck the opposite way but I always want to do inversions.
